Motowners who love quirky, intelligent new films traditionally have needed car keys or a train ticket. But local resident Mark Ehrenkranz is about to change that.On April 2, Mark brings his New York Film Critics Series to the Headquarters Plaza Clearview Cinemas. For eight straight Wednesdays, cinema buffs can see advance screenings of "small" movies by big names -- with live commentary from actors, directors and top critics including Rolling Stone's Peter Travers and Stephen Whitty of The Star-Ledger. Actors Chazz Palminteri ("A Bronx Tale") and Robert Davi ("Die Hard") and Oscar-winning director Errol Morris ("Thin Blue Line") are coming to Morristown for the New York Film Critics Series.Mark Ehrenkranz, a backstage veteran of films and TV, brings the series to his hometown for eight Wednesdays, starting April 2. Subscribers can see advance screenings of quirky films, and grill the actors and directors.
